At QuantumPay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality printing and design services, but if you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review the following policy.

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the QuantumPay website and services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A valid order confirmation or invoice must be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Services & Products

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our services, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Business Card Printing & Editing

  • T-Shirt Printing

  • Mug Printing

  • Banner Design

  • Package Design

Refunds are only granted if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was approved in the design proof.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@quantampay.com with your order details, reason for refund, and (if applicable) photos of the product. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.

5. Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges & Reprints

We do not offer refunds for personalized items, but we do provide:

  • Reprints for defective or damaged items.

  • Exchanges only in case of wrong product delivery.

To request a reprint/exchange, please email contact@quantampay.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your approved refund:

  • First, check your bank or payment account.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider (as processing times vary).
